Ryan McBride Obituary
McBride was found dead at his Derry home. No cause of death has been released.
The Derry native died a day after his club defeated Drogheda United for its fourth league win of the current season.

He was born Dec. 15, 1989. He signed with Derry City in 2010. He became team captain five years later.
Irish soccer organizations and fans of the sport paid tribute to McBride on Twitter and other social media platforms.
PFA Ireland, the official body of the League of Ireland players union, wrote: "We are shocked to hear this evening the passing of our member and @derrycityfc Captain Ryan McBride.
"Our thoughts are with his family."
The captain's teammates posted an emotional tribute on their official Twitter page @derrycityfc. They included a photograph of McBride and titled it "Captain Fantastic." The Official Irish FA, the governing body for football in Northern Ireland, tweeted: "Thoughts tonight with the family of Ryan McBride and everyone involved with @derrycityfc"
