Fengxian Kindergarten Blast Victims Obituary
Chinese media reported multiple deaths, and posts of videos on social media showed children and adults lying on the ground.
The Xinhua News Agency reported that the emergency office of Xuzhou city said the explosion occurred at the kindergarten gate just as children were leaving the school in the afternoon.
Officials also said the cause of the blast is under investigation.

What a senseless tragedy! When should children be the target of such violence? I'm so sorry to hear of the lives lost in this unnecessary act.
