We were childhood elementary school classmates in Seattle, Washington, and Timmy was also my neighborhood friend. I lost touch with him back in the late 70's when we both went off to different schools. Timmy had a lot of energy which sometimes would get us into some mischief. RIP my old friend!

Timothy was an inspiration to everyone who ever battled HIV. He was tireless in his speaking engagements and commitment to finding a cure for HIV. It was a privilege to know him and to spend so many wonderful times with him enjoying so many events in Palm Springs. His courage to battle his illnesses with such determination and hope was what really endeared me to him.
He will be missed by everyone who knew him and loved him.

R.I.P. Timmy.
