Hi Ellie, my condolences to you and your family on the loss of your father, and what a wonderful man he was! It is clear where at least half of your brilliance and get-go came from. I saw his picture in the UT and knew immediately that was your dad - the eyes, the face. A life well spent, so inspirational, and such a rarity these days. Take care, Sharon

The generation that Mr Walton is from is truly unique from any other generation. All of them one day will be no more. Like Mr Walton most were and are honest, brave, american men and women. To Mr Walton,s family I am so sorry for your great loss. He was blessed with 103 years of life and we don't know whats in store for him now. May God continue to be with the family.

Thank you for your spirit, may it, without any wings, soar up up, into the heavens, as you reunite with fellow country men who gave every moment of life in the flesh - for the rest. I salute you sir. Sorry, I did not get to meet you. You are a national treasure!! - Nurse

Thank you for your service. My grandfather Charles Hutson served in Navy during Korean war and my other grandfather Eddie Childers was US Army in the same conflict. From a long line of military men and women in my family I am forever grateful for your sacrifice through the years.
