I only heard of Jana’s passing yesterday and am so incredibly sad to hear of it. I had the great fortune of joining this beautiful family as a nanny many many years ago.
I was always amazed at how she was able to juggle having an incredible career and motherhood at the same time. Always loving , always finding time for others truly a very special lady. My heart is broken for the family.

Ms. Jana Bennett was the former director of BBC TV who oversaw the reboot of “Doctor Who” and the popular series “Sherlock.” We hope many of the encouraging words and thoughts on this site comforts you during this difficult time also.
