From the office of stardust Enterprise entertainment record label from 1982 to 2024 from Sheldon's Big brother the R&B funk and pop hip hop legend and president of stardust Enterprise entertainment record label I meant Shelton through our good friend ianCarter Mr Carter as my manager introduce me to Sheldon I've been knowing him for 38 years I was his big brother I was the first company to let him go produce and Cole wright on one of my albums which went platinum called do you remember the good times I miss my big brother at the time of his passing I was in London I married to the Queen of Pop Janet Jackson and I could not make it to his funeral but he was one of the beautiful guys spirit nice never ruled and people said that we look like brothers same height same built by condolences even though it's late but when I found out he passed away I went into prayer my condolences go out to his family his daughter and his son the rest of the family him and his mother were the most nice person you ever want to meet I was invited to a lot of their barbecues and she can cook the last time I saw Shelton we worked on the last song which was called it's okay God bless you my brother we will meet again Reverend Darrell Randle

To the family, many, many friends and colleagues of this nice man Sheldon Reynolds was a guitarist and co-vocalist for several landmark bands, including Earth, Wind & Fire, and The Commodores fine comfort with you during this difficult time in your lives. Sheldon Reynolds was a guitarist and co-vocalist for several landmark bands, including Earth, Wind & Fire, and The Commodores. We will miss Sheldon Reynolds' presence and his many contributions to his community as a musician. May the love and the special memory you shared and cherish with him show just how much your life was touched by him. May you find comfort in your wealth of fond memories together with Sheldon Reynolds. May the God of comfort bless your grieving hearts with strength, loving kindness and peace as the world copes with the loss of Sheldon Reynolds. Rest Sheldon. It makes me proud remembering taking you under my wing 40 years ago and watching you spring into the musical role you longed for. Your talent was beyond those planets you later searched. My then teenaged son, Guy still laughs at situations too....You as his talented play Uncle and my Mom as a second Mom here in Hollywood. I learned of Sheldon when he became a member of EWF. Not sure how I missed him with Sun and The Commodores but I just loved his playing and singing! I will never forget him and the mark he made with his talent. Surely, I will be looking for everything he performed on so that I will know him better and have even more admiration for him. My condolences to his family, his friends, his bands and his fans! Love you bro!

Sheldon was a dear friend of decades. He will be sorely missed, but greatly embraced by his Mom when he reaches Heaven. I was he manager and friend when he was in Cincinnati. He would call me from time to time and I got the chance to see him with EW&F when he played Cincy. RIP my friend and brother.
