My sincere condolences to the family of Carol Higgins Clark, and her mother too, Mary. My family and my daughter, Christine send the same.
So much enjoyment in reading, keeping me sane from times I needed adventure and a mystery to escape for a while. I have and read all her books some in hardback and paperback. I could re-read them too. Regan and Jack and the family always interesting me in the plot and making me try to solve the situation before the ending. I never could, she would always surprise me.
I will keep the books. I will miss Regan and Jack forever, unless someone else in the family can write as well as Carol and bring them back. Just wanted you to know these things as her anniversary of her death is coming up. Thanks for reading this.

My condolences to the Higgins family. May the wonderful memories of your loved one sustain you until God's promises are fulfilled. (John 6:40)

I checked out many of her Regan Reilly books from the library (as well as some of her Christmas collaborations with her mother). They were fun reads; not quite cozy mysteries and not quite hard-boiled. She was especially good at creating quirky, comedic guest characters.
