I loved all of the talks we had in my office at Texas High about your future plans. You had your goals and dreamsand you accomplished them. Job well done my friend. The thing that sticks out the most about those talks

Watched Ryan play football since he was freshman in Texas High. Never met him but followed him his whole career. Never played football but watched a ton of high school football. In my opinion he had the best arm and flow of throwing a football I've ever seen. Never seen a man throw as fast and perfect as he did. Always wanted him to succeed in the the NFL,from what ive seen his immense talent was never tapped into as it should have been.He was outspoken from what I've heard . Most any person will tend to be that way that knows they can do something better than who their standing behind. NFL is all about image and often many of the best players don't get to be on the field. All I know that if he was playing hold on to your hat he would be throwing rockets many pros complained about the velocity but HS boys caught the ball I saw that with my own eyes. What was he like as a person I do not know all I know about him is that he was teaching and passing on his knowledge he had to those coming up. Old or young we all have someone we admire for their talent and stand in in awe of. Being a small man it fascinated me how much talent and ability God gave this young man. And yes the speed of his throws were about 5 miles faster per mph than Pat Mahomes who I enjoy watching and he threw a prettier ball. In fact I doubt anyone in the pros could throw it better. However, life is much more than football. It's just about living and doing what is right. It's my sincere hope that he is at peace and resting so. A short life doesn't mean a wasted life that is in God's hand. But I will always remember a boy on cool fall nights that just created magic. The ride was sweet.

Praying for the family. A very special person has left us to soon. It will be heart breaking to be at Razorback Stadium knowing you won't be with us anymore and remembering the hero performances you put on that I was blessed with watching live right there.
For the few players you coached may they seek the level of excellence you delivered both on the field and off.
Peace between all in mourning today.

We are deeply saddened by Ryan's passing. As he formed many young students all over this Country he also made the lives of everyone who ever loved football much brighter. A young man such as Ryan will continue to bless and make us all better people, even in his passing. Such loss will forever live in our hearts.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.
