My deepest sympathies to Dr. Fuller's family, and all that knew him. Dr. Fuller was a very kind man, and a great teacher. He was wonderful to work with, and made many lives better with his care and friendship. He is missed!

I worked with Phil for 3 years at Pratt Clinic. There aren't enough nice words to encompass all that he was. He taught me many things about medicine that I have carried with me throughout my career but nothing more important than listening and truly caring. He, Jacquie and I had many good times and I will treasure them always. My love and prayers to Connie, Allie, Christopher and Philip.

Deepest sympathy to family. I worked with Dr Fuller at MWH. I learned a lot under him during my nursing career. He was a very kind and knowledgeable physician. God bless you all.
