James Barrett Obituary
James "Jim" Barrett passed away April 26th, survived by wife of 62 years, Susie Barrett, son, Jim Barrett, daughter, Robin "Barrett" Benton, 3 grandchildren, Taylor and Tanner Benton and Amanda Barrett and sister, Marolyn Dragg. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, member of Sigma Phi Epsilon, and an Army veteran, Jim enjoyed Sooner sports, St Louis Cardinals, and fishing at Grand Lake. He was preceded in parents Wallace and Vivian Barrett, and younger brother Rob Barrett. For 50 years, Jim was a member of Asbury Church, attending beloved Joy Class. Garykelleyafs.com

In life we find sometimes we have a true friend . I can say he was not only a true friend but my best friend. I will miss him very much I only wish that I had gotten the opportunity to see him one more time . but I know now he is with someone special and God will take good care of him and he Rest In Peace.
