We were shocked and saddened to hear of his sudden passing. We enjoyed many games of golf, bridge and pontoon boat rides since we met. He was a gentleman in every sense of the word and we are proud to have called him our friend. We will miss him. Our sympathies to Barb and his family as we share their grief.

I worked in the Court Administrator's Office in Houston County, Mn for 44+ years and that is how I knew Ross. He was a great lawyer to work with - always prepared, always on time, always professional. On occasion I ran in to him out in the public and he always greeted me and was always friendly. I have a granddaughter who lives in the San Jose area and since that is where he grew up, we would chat about that sometimes. I always enjoyed working with him and chatting with him. My sympathy to Ross's family.
