Elizabeth McGurl Obituary
Elizabeth "Betty Ann" McGurl, 80, passed away on Monday, February 20, 2023, at her home. She will be missed dearly.
Betty Ann was born on September 27, 1942, to William and Grace Moran in Girardville, Pa. The youngest of three sisters, Betty Ann enjoyed spending time with them as often as she could. Betty Ann was married to her sweetheart, Ronald McGurl Sr., for 58 years. She was a patient and kind mother to five boys Michael, Ronald Jr., David, and twins, Matthew and Mark. She was very proud of her six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She had a beautiful smile and a kind heart and saw the best in every situation.
A service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 3, 2023, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home chapel.

The kindest, gentlest soul I´ve ever had the joy of knowing. Five rough and tumble boys and yet Betty was always an example of understated class and strength. The world was blessed with your presence for 80 years and it´s nowhere near enough time. Thank you for raising the wonderful man I love and for being such an amazing Grandmother to our children. You will always be in our thoughts and our hearts. We love you!
