Marsue Gent Obituary
August 19, 1932 - May 18, 2023
On Thursday, May 18, 2023, Marsue Gent went to be with Jesus after a brief illness. She was 90 years old.
Martha Sue Keyerleber was born to Paul and Anna Keyerleber in Richmond Heights, Ohio, on August 19, 1932. She married her childhood sweetheart, William A. Gent II on June 19, 1953. They moved to Tulsa in July of 1959.
A 1976 graduate of Tulsa Junior College, she was licensed as a Registered Nurse. She worked at Saint Francis Hospital and then the American Red Cross Blood Services for 22 years.
In 2015, Marsue lost Bill, her husband of 62 years. She is now reunited with him; their daughter, Paula; her parents; and her sisters, Betty and Marjorie. She leaves behind three sons, Bill, Tom, and Bob; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
We are all better off for having known her and saddened for losing her.
Services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, June 8, at First Presbyterian Church. Marsue's ashes will be inurned next to Bill's at the First Presbyterian Church Columbarium.

As a high school classmate of Paula, I enjoyed staying overnight at the Gent´s house because Marsue was always so nice!
