Jesse Adam Ault, 28, of Forrest Circle, Dublin, was killed in the line of duty April 9, 2008 in Iraq while performing Convoy Operations for the United States Army. Born February 18, 1980 in Wheeling, W.Va., he was the son of Ronald Ault and Virginia VonDran Billiter. His maternal grandfather, Harold VonDran and paternal grandmother, Betty Ault preceded him in death. Jesse grew up in Middlebourne, W.Va. and graduated from Tyler County High School. He had been with the Virginia National Guard for six years and served two tours in Iraq during his 10 year career with the United States Army. He was assigned to the Company E, 429 Brigade Support Battalion in Roanoke, Virginia. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski, with the Rev. Granville Bishop officiating.
