THE LAMP OF PEACE
I remember the lamp turned on for me,
From a gentle voice of Chennai,
His words that fed millions upon millions,
A lamp for all to see and hear.
The lamp beared the news of the gospel,
From a gentle voice of Chennai,
How the scholars and the learned were amazed,
A lamp for all to see and hear.
He was a humble servant of Jesus,
Making disciples of all nations,
Something he did not take lightly,
How he loved his family and his Lord.
We are better for his words,
Though we weep his death,
A gentle voice from Chennai,
He now stands in Paradise,
Oh good and faithful servant,
We shall see him again,
The lamp.
From Chennai.
A lamp for all to see and hear.

Farewell my brother that I did not get a chance to meet. I hope my parents get to fellowship with you in heaven. God bless and thank you Margie. All your family. What a great sacrifice for the gospel your family did. May the Lord assuage you and the Zecharias family of the painful loss. The world is better because of Ravi's service and mission.
*Attached is a picture where I wrote in my Bible back in 2003 from one of his teachings. I will never forget Ravi.
