Alice Grace Manny Mott and Edgar Clayton Mott. Loving father of Mary Lynn (Charles) Friedl, Alice Ann (William) Bluhm and Grace Elizabeth Mott; dearest brother of Margaret Threadgill and Virginia Bowling/Kaufield; proud grandfather of Nathan and Adam Friedl and Dallas and Casey Smith. Clay was also a proud "Unc" to many nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday, July 24, 3 to 9 p.m. at G.L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland Ave., Des Plaines. Lying in state 9 a.m. until time of Funeral Servce 10 a.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church on Graceland Ave. in Des Plaines. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Multiple Sclerosis Society in his name appreciated. For info 847-699-9003.
