Oliver L. Gagliani

OLIVER L. GAGLIANI November 20, 2002 in Burlingame at age 85. A native of Placerville, CA, Oliver was a 78 year resident of So. S.F. Beloved son of the late Giulio and Mabel Gagliani of So. S.F.; loving father of Laurence (Linda) Gagliani of Los Altos and Olivia (Paul) Gagliani Huff of Carmichael; adored grandfather of Marie and Steven Gagliani of Los Altos; dear brother of Clarence (Josephine) Gagliani of San Mateo. A WWII Army Air Corp Veteran, he was an aircraft mechanic and then draftsman for the U.S. Navy at Hunters Point. A trained classical concert violinist, who after an illness, combined music and fine art photography, becoming a photography teacher for thirty years. He visited Italy twelve times over a 22 year period, photographing the country extensively, with his last trip in 1997. Oliver will be buried with Laura Gagliani, to whom he was married for 33 years.
