Justin Jay Ellenberger Sr., age 40, of North Broad Street Ridgway, PA; died on Monday, January 18, 2021, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.

Born on February 10, 1980, in DuBois, PA; he was the son of Dale "Kevin" Ellenberger Sr. who survives and lives in Brockway and the late Linda Lee Tyler Ellenberger who preceded him in death on July 25, 2016.

Justin was employed at Leatherneck Contracting in Ridgway. He was Methodist by faith. Justin was a member of the Ridgway Moose Lodge where he was active and enjoyed serving on the cooking crew and was a member of Beer & Bullets. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan and enjoyed playing pool, hunting, fishing, camping, canoeing, and especially spending time with his family.

In addition to his father he is also survived by 2 children: Justin Ellenberger Jr and Kristen Ellenberger both of Ridgway; a sister Jessica Ann (Jeff Town) Ellenberger of Brockport; a brother Dale (Patricia) Ellenberger Jr. of Munderf; his fiancé Kiersten "Kier" Amacher of Ridgway; Kier's Children Biancia Lynch, Danica Lynch, Sage Lynch; and Zachary Lynch Jr. all of Ridgway; and 2 step children: Hunter Major of DuBois and Lilly Major also of Ridgway.

Calling hours will be on Friday from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. at the Carlson-Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway. Due to Gov. Wolf's mandate we are only permitted to have 10 people in the funeral home at a time. Please limit your stay during visitation so we can accommodate all who wish to pay their respects. Social distancing guidelines will be followed and masks are required. A private Funeral Service will be held with Rev. Terry Felt officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to help with future college expenses for Justin and Kristen.
