It´s been a year since Dr. Hong´s passing. It doesn´t feel like it was that long ago when We first met at Catholic Medical School in 1955 when we were students. My wife and I also had the pleasure to meet him and his wife on numerous occasion while he was working as a plastic surgeon In Albany, NY. My wife and I will always remember Dr. Hong as a kind loving man who loved helping others. Although he has gone ahead to heaven we will always remember and cherish his kindness and friendship.
Love always,
Susan Keating

I found myself thinking about Dr. Hong the other day and so I discovered that he had passed last February. I am so sorry for the family's loss of this humble and gifted surgeon. In 1978, I sustained serious injury to my face as a result of a car accident. Dr. Hong repaired the damage so well repaired that it was never noticeable. I will always be thankful to him for his gentleness and kindness. I am so sorry for your loss.

So so sorry to hear about your loss. I never got the chance to meet your father, husband, grandfather, uncle - but from knowing Jeana and her family and reading this here, it is clear he lived a beautiful life. A hero to help raise 4 daughters! I'm certain his many grandchildren loved him dearly and he lives on in all of you. Will keep you all in my thoughts.
