Terry Lee Ott
It is with profound sadness that the family of Terry Lee Ott, age 65, of Wellington, Florida announce his peaceful passing on January 22, 2021. Surviving is his wife of 35 years, Bonnie Lynn Ott; sons Clinton Ott and Mason Ott; daughter Tina Ott; son and daughter-in-law Dr. Cody and Anne Ott; seven grandchildren, Morgan, Ashton, Madison, Kamryn, Bryce, Karolyne, and Lincoln; and one great grandchild Bentley. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law Hank and Kate Ott. Terry was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania and moved to Florida when he was 6 weeks of age. He loved spending time with his family and also loved spending time outdoors. He previously worked as an electrician, owned an irrigation company, owned a welding shop, and trapped alligators for the State of Florida. Terry then made a career shoeing horses and was a well respected farrier for 35 years. He took great pride in the therapeutic care he provided to horses and the relationships he made with people in his community. Terry will be fondly remembered as a loving husband and father, patriot, hard worker, and Christian. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. A memorial mass to celebrate Terry's life will be held on Saturday, February 20th at 9:30 a.m. at Saint David's in the Pines, 465 West Forest Hill Boulevard, Wellington, FL 33414.

My father was a mountain of a man. To know him was to love him. He was funny, witty and brave. He will be sorely missed by many, and I will eternally have a hole in my heart. I love you dad.
