Mr. Jerry Wilford Beasley, age 77, died Tuesday at his residence. He was a native of Statesboro, Georgia and was raised in the Pulaski Community. Jerry resided in Savannah for over 40 years. He was a carpenter by trade and many years ago started J & B Millworks in Savannah, which he still owned and operated until his death.
Surviving are two sons, Terry Lee Beasley of Bloomingdale and Mark Van Beasley of Savannah; a grandson, Terry Lee Beasley, Jr. of Bloomingdale; his dear friend, co worker and caregiver, Emma Cruz of Savannah and his longtime companion, Barbara Kingsbury of Savannah. Many cousins, close friends, and business associates also survive.
Graveside services and burial will be Friday at 11:00am at the Beasley Family Cemetery in Bulloch County.
