Mary Kyriakoudis, 86, passed away peacefully on February 15, 2020 in Washington, DC. Loving wife of the late Apostolos Kyriakoudis. Beloved mother of Anna and Photios Kyriakoudis. Friends may call on March 5, 2020 in the Chapel at Woodland Cemetery, 66 Woodland Place, Stamford, CT from 12:00-12:45 p.m. with prayer service to immediately follow at the cemetery. What a beautiful lady who used her many talents to teach so many of us young Greek Americans the language and culture of our
Greek heritage. I had the pleasure of being in class under her tutelage at the Greek Orthodox Church of the Archangels in Stamford CT way back in the late 60s! As all the years passed by she is still someone I have not forgotten.
May she rest in peace.

I have many fond childhood memories of eating at Newfield Pizza and talking with Mary. She was a wonderful, warm person. I send my condolences to her family.

I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of your mom, I always enjoyed spending time at your house when we were younger. Your mom and dad were always so welcoming. I loved seeing them later in life when getting pizza at Newfield Pizza. Photi and Anna you are in my thoughts and prayers.
