Pat passed away peacefully on the 2nd April 2008 at Woking Hospice aged 66 years. Much loved mother of Gayle, David and Charlotte and devoted grandmother of Jack, Emma-Jayne and Ewyn. The Funeral Service at Woking St Johns Crematorium on Monday the 14th April at 1pm. Family flowers, donations to Woking Hospice c/o Woking Funeral Service 119-121 Goldsworth Road, Woking, Surrey GU21 6LR
