James Karl Trusch, 51, of DuBois, PA departed this life on February 27, 2021.

Born August 26, 1969 in Vancouver, WA, he was adopted and became the only son to Nicholas Trusch Jr. and Karla Kaminske Scepanik. They remain.

On September 4, 1999, he married Holly Anne Giancola. She remains.

He is survived by his son, Nathaniel J. Trusch, and daughter, Charlotte A Trusch. They remain.

Jim is also survived by a sister-in-law, Elise Shute; brothers, Scotty Kidd, Brandon Emerson, and Cash Best, and sisters, Charlotte Jobe and Brianna Grant.

Jim had an adventurer's spirit and loved the city. He spent time living in Pittsburgh, PA and then his heart took him to California.

Those who loved him knew his favorite job included working at a record store and deejaying.

Music was a love of Jim's along with anything comic-related. All things Batman.

Graced with a mischievous smile, shining blue eyes, a witty sense of humor, and a kind heart, he made friends wherever he went.

Remember Jim in the times and places you shared.

His love for his children had no limits.

Batman was Jim's superhero.

Our superhero was you.

Love you Forever,

Your Boy and Girl.

Our thoughts are with Nathaniel and Charlotte. We hope that will find comfort in the memory of how much their Dad loved them.
