KAY, Jack Sr.
Mr. Jack Kay Sr., former Director of Golf at the Lyford Cay Club in Nassau, Bahamas from 1958 to 1995 and former professional at the Rosedale Golf Club of Toronto, passed away suddenly at the age of 72, at his home in Lyford Cay on Thursday, August 1st, 2002. His family was close by at the time of his passing. A memorial service will be held at the Church of St. Christopher in Lyford Cay on Wednesday, August 7 at 4:30 p.m. Mr. Kay was the Peoples' Warden at St. Christopher's for 40 years. He is survived by his loving wife Eileen, children Jennifer, Alannah and Jack Jr., sons-in-law Robert Kellock and Darren Ginns, daughter-in-law Christy, his cherished eight grandchildren and his beloved brother-in-law Jerald Hogan and his wife Marja. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Church of St. Christopher, P.O. Box N7776, Lyford Cay, Nassau, Bahamas, earmarked New Building Space at the Church for the Sunday School Children.
