Pineville - Graveside Services for Kayla Lynn McKern will be held at 2:45 pm on Friday, January 8, 2021 at Alexandria Memorial Gardens, Woodworth, with Deacon Greg LeBlanc officiating, under the direction of Kramer Funeral Home.

Kayla Lynn McKern, age 30, of Pineville, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Rapides Regional Medical Center.

Kayla is preceded in death by her great grandmother, Mary Elsie Farman; cousin, Connor Lemoine; and "Uncle Buck" Jasper Williams.

Kayla was a senior at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches; as she was an avid artist and aspired to teach others and pass on her love for art and music. She enjoyed her position as the Night Auditor for Comfort Inn. She had a big heart and was always trying to help anyone she could, often helping others before helping herself. Kayla will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.

She is lovingly survived by her parents, Thomas and Charlotte McKern of Pineville; sisters, Christine Williamson and husband Joshua of Pineville, and Kimberly Brown and husband Tyler of Murfreesboro, TN; maternal grandparents, Ralph and Katherine Hunnell of Gardner; paternal grandparents, Thomas and Janice McKern of Panama City, FL and Oregon; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and friends.

Pallbearers honored to serve are Josh Williamson, Tyler Brown, Robert Hunnell, Jimmy Hunnell, Justin Hunnell, and Cole Hunnell.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Ralph Hunnell, Karen Lemoine, and Keith McKern.
