Jack Burgess Pressley, Jr., 76, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2019 at Agape Hospice, Columbia, South Carolina with his loving family by his side. Jack was born in Charleston County, South Carolina on April 30, 1943. He was the son of the late Jack Burgess Pressley, Sr. and Ruth Kelly Pressley. Jack was a veteran of the United States Army serving in Viet Nam where he was awarded a Purple Heart. He formerly worked for Industrial Air Company in Greensboro, North Carolina. Jack is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Melissa Ann Poole Pressley; one brother, Danny Pressley and wife Kathy; two sisters, Darlene Willard, Judy Johnson and husband Billy; several nieces and nephews. Services for Jack will be private and at a later date. Jack was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Mike Pressley, Jerry Pressley; two sisters, Brenda Villarreal, Sherry Kelly.
