JILLINGS _ CLARENCE (Clare) Born February 11, 1922 in Glidden, Sask., to Edwin and Maude, passed away May 3, 2007 at Ridge Meadows Hospital. Predeceased by his dearest wife Bernice (B) and brother Art. Survived by his loving family: son Dan (Lee); daughters Judy Scott (Neil), Dianne (Joe), Lou Cruikshank (Rick), Dot Becker (Holly); 5 grandchildren Gordon, Aaron (Parminder), Sheldon, Heather (Mike), Daniel; great-grandchildren Leela, Darcy, Seth; twin-brother Laurie (Lillian); sisters-in-law Jean Jillings and Dot Ackley;, many nieces and nephews and dear friends. Clary worked at Lions Gate Hospital for over 30 years. We will all miss Dad's wonderful smile, the twinkle in his eye and his unique sense of humour. Dad was a devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather and was famous for his great cup of tea! Memorial service Thursday, May 10, 2:00 pm, Boal Chapel, 1505 Lillooet Rd., North Vancouver.
