Tommy Joe Lunsford

Visalia - Tommy Joe Lunsford, 77, of Visalia, died January 3, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Tommy was born September 16, 1943 in Carlsbad New Mexico.

He attended Atwater High School where he starred in baseball, basketball and football and where he met the love of his life, Sandra Lee Griffin, who we would marry and spend the rest of his life with.

More than anything Tommy enjoyed traveling with his wife Sandy, spending time with his Grandchildren and taking his beloved shih tzu Daisy for walks to the park. He is survived by his wife Sandra, his children Christine, Scott and Eric, his daughter in law Irma, son in law Shawn and his 8 Grandchildren Katie, Aaron, Andrew, Jamey, Cherokee, Zoey, Cole and Ace.

Tommy's Celebration of Life will be held at Faith Baptist Church located at 3833 W. Walnut Avenue Visalia, CA 93277 at 10am on Thursday, January 14.
