A thanksgiving service celebrating Peter's life
will be held on Monday 6th January at 10:30am.
Park Road Anglican Church,

South Carlton, NSW.

Peter and I were great friends at Shore School. We jointly organised for 45 final year students to participate in the Peter Wherrett Advanced Driving Course at Warwick Farm Raceway in three Cortinas loaned by Ford in a yet to be released wagon.
After the HSC the second week of ownership of my first car we set off in the 1962 Citroen ID19 at a rapid pace to Adelaide and Melbourne.
At the 51st school Reunion postponed after COVID at the Oaks at Neutral Bay, Peter reminded me that we slept in the car with fold down seats and he attracted all the mosquitos on our first night on the road... So sorry I did not know about the memorial service. A great guy. Can't believe he is gone.
