Sidney BOSSENBERRY Obituary
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Sidney. He passed away peacefully at the Central Peace Hospital in Spirit River at the age of 83.
Sid was born in London, Ontario. The eldest son of Alfred and Beatrice BOSSENBERRY.
He met the love of his life, Agnes (Kim), in Toronto and was married in 1961, and they had four children.
The family moved to the Bonanza area in 1975. Sid loved hockey. He was a big supporter of getting hockey going at the Savanna Rec-Plex in the late 70s and early 80s. He truly enjoyed watching his kids, grandkids and then great grandkids playing the sport he loved.
Sid is survived by his wife of 60 years, Kim; children Alison (Shane Wiebe), Denise (Keith Wilson), and Sidney Jr. (Angee); grandchildren Tyler, Amy (Woods) and Robert Wiebe, Wade and Jeff Wilson, Jeremy and Brittany (MacLean), and Courtney and Kaitlyn Bossenberry/Rondeau.
Sid was predeceased by his parents, brother Gary, son Kurt and grandson Wayne Wilson. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
