Terrence Belsher

1941 - 2022

Terrence "Terry" Orval Belsher 1941 - 2022 Terry passed away peacefully on July 16, 2022, at the age of 81. Terry was born March 31, 1941, in Kincaid, SK. Terry was a hard-working person with farming being both his life and passion! He had a great love for his Hereford cows and a tall wheat field blowing in the wind. He started farming at a young age in Rockglen with his dad. Terry went on to purchase a farm near Francis in 1984. He then farmed in both Francis and Rockglen until he sold the Rockglen farm in 1994. Terry went on to farm solely in Francis full time up until his passing. Terry loved to read any newspaper or agriculture magazines. He always watched the news and loved updating us on the world happenings. He spent many winters in Arizona. He loved socializing, going to dances and meeting new people each winter he got to spend there. Family was very important to him, and he always strived to keep close relationships. He loved finding out what his grandkids were up to and seeing pictures of them with his great grandkids as they grew up. While taking every opportunity to visit each one of them. He always kept in touch with many cousins near and far. Terry is survived by his special friend Merle and his two children Lynn (Grant) Noll and Michael (Caroline), blessed with five grandchildren Christopher, Kaitlyn (Tucker) Boyd, Curtis (Jennie), Jaclyn (Cody) Lightfoot and Justin, also, four great-grandchildren Talon, Tibbs, Maesa and Knox, his brother Ron and sister Pat (Jerry) Hrabe and families, as well as Merle's family, Michelle, Monica (Joe) Moser and families. Predeceased by his parents Orval and Pauline and sister-in-law Rosalie. Celebration of life was held Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 10:30 am in the Rockglen Community Hall with Linda Kirby officiating. Tributes delivered by Lynn Noll and Merlis Belsher. Urn bearer, grandson Christopher. Interment in the Rockglen Cemetery, followed by fellowship at the Hall.
