Mahase SOOKHOO Obituary
November 18, 1935 - October 27, 2022
Mahase Sookhoo, 86, Port Maurant, Guyana, peacefully passed away at Burton Manor (Brampton, Ontario) on Thursday, October 27, 2022.
Julia and Mahase were married for 62 years and at the time of his passing were the proud parents of five children: Roy (Lori), Rudy (Gena), Randy (Maureen), Christina Smith (Matt), and Steven (Kate), 20 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his older brother, John, and his two sisters, Bettia and Hemwattie.
The funeral service will be Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1624 Wanless Drive, in Brampton. The viewing will take place at the Church prior to the funeral service on Saturday, November 5 from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow the service at Brampton Memorial Gardens Cemetery at 10061 Chinguacousy Rd, Brampton.
