Shirley EVANS Obituary

Passed peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at the age of 68. Loving wife of the late Eric Evans: beloved mother of Zachary (Erika), and Michael (Nicole); proud grandmother of Elliott and Noah; cherished daughter of Marie and the late Raymond Dove; and dear sister of Wilbert (Candy) Dove, Linda (Tom Frazer) Evans and Jacqueline (Carlo) Ammendolia. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Saturday, April 29, 2023 from 4:00-6:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Paul the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 2265 Headon Rd, Burlington on Monday, May 1, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. Urn interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, 8361 Yonge St, Thornhill, ON. If desired, memorial contributions to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.

Zack and Mike, I am so sorry to hear that your mom passed away. I have fond memories of the two of us sharing some laughs while sitting in our lawn chairs watching Zach and Matt play baseball while Mike (it was Mikey back then) was taking care of bat boy duties.
