Sylvia, Passed away peacefully at The Village of Sandalwood Park on Sunday, May 29, 2022. Beloved wife of Bruce Brydson for 46 years. Dear mother of Michael (Jessica) and David (Christine). Loving grandmother to Charlotte, Benjamin, Abigail, William and Thomas. She will be greatly missed by her brother, Norman and sister-in-law Nora as well as brother-in-law David. Remembered fondly by niece, Nicola, nephews, Chris (Amy), Andrew (Sarah) and their families, (Emily, Liam, Jack, William, Colton, Dylan, Sophia, Ava and Rory) Brother in law David and his children, Richard (Natalyia) and Mathew. Sylvia was born in Jarrow near Newcastle, England and emigrated in 1967 with three girl friends. She will be remembered as a caring, fun and the one who looked for the best in a person. She was excellent at cooking, organizing, and hosting great parties. Visitation will take place at the Brampton Funeral Home and Cemetery, 10061 Chinguacousy Road (At Bovaird) on Saturday, June 4, 2022 from 2-4 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Sunday, June 5, 2022 at 11 a.m. with visitation 1 hour prior to the service with the reception to follow the service.
