Moira Addison Obituary

Addison, Moira (née Jack)
Born July 9, 1941, at Hollyrood House, Edinburgh
Passed away peacefully on March 15, 2025, at the age of 83, surrounded by her loved ones.

Moira was predeceased by her sister, Alice Norton, and her parents, Elizabeth (Betty) and James Bain Jack. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Alex; her sons, Gord (Valerie) and Ken (Traci); and her cherished grandchildren, Chase, Brianna, Reid, and Declan. She will also be deeply missed by her extended family and many dear friends.

A people person at heart, Moira thrived in her career as a jewelry salesperson, always eager to connect with others. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, never missing a chance to cheer on her sons and later her grandchildren from the sidelines. She found joy in her community, attending fitness classes and socializing with the many friends she made over the years. Moira and Alex shared a love of travel, taking cruises to Alaska and the Caribbean and making special trips back to their homeland of Scotland.

Moira's kindness, warmth, and unwavering support will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
