Jason and Jane, I have a memory of long ago while on one of the Faith Church camping weekends. We were all looking for Adam and we found him sitting contently on his own smelling the daisies.
We are so sorry for your loss.

My family had grown up with the Turchin family. Although I was a few years older, I was able to experience seeing all three kids grow up through the years at Grandview PS and Preston HS. Adam was such a kind soul who always had a smile on his face. I am so sorry to the Turchin family for the loss they experienced, it is unimaginable. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. May Adam rest in peace.

I knew Adam. I moved away, but in my final year I got the wonderful chance to become friends with him. I remember his love for Marvel, especially Deadpool, and I'll never forget this one line he told me, something that seemed so trivial as we played Capture the Flag, but now, seems to hold some meaning to me: Fences were made to be jumped. Anything standing between you and your goals; Break them down. Get to the end, no matter what. Do what makes you happy. After all, fences were made to be jumped. I hope to see you again, Adam. My heart goes out to his loved ones, I pray you will get through this.

I´m so grateful I got to grow up in school with Adam. He was someone who was always so genuine and nice. One of those reliable familiar faces every year. When we were in 3rd grade I remember him and I stayed back on a field trip and spent an hour tubing just the two of us and having so much fun spending time with him. We will miss you Adam

I am sorry to read this! Although i have never met your son Adam I knew write away whose Mom he was! He looks so like you Jane! That looks like whatever wax happening that day it was taken Adam looks so happy here! What a great picture to hold on to!
Although we have not seen each other in many years now Jane i wanted to reach out especially because I too lost a teenage Son back in 2007. My heart breaks that you too are beginning this journey that none of asked to be on. I pray you feel carried and held by the holy spirit ! praying you are surrounded by an outpouring of love from a community around that continues to reach out in love for many days weeks and years! Praying you flooded with sweet beautiful memories that will someday not cause deep pain but eventually make you smile! I know that not today but that day will come!
just know that others in distant in distant communities will be praying and will continue to pray for her for the journey now and road a head! There is hope as we do not walk this alone! Press in to a jesus and let go of trying to do things in your own strength Let Jesu literally take the wheel .praying for you and Jason and your other sweet children! if you ever need a friend who has walked this journey i am here but i know you have Cheryl to lean on too.
