Constance HILBORN Obituary
HILBORN, Constance (Connie) nee Stares (November 6, 1926 - August 14, 2019) Our beloved Mom, Connie has passed after a near 93 year journey. Predeceased by her husband Clifford (1920-1983) and son Gerald (1955-2009) and also by her five siblings (Kathleen, Victor, Gladys, Helen and Jack) and each of their spouses. Connie is survived by three sons Tom, Tim and James (Shawna); five grandchildren Connie (Chris), Shanna, Jerriann, Alex and Micaela; seven great-grandchildren. Thanks to the staff of St. Luke's Place (Cambridge) and Hillside Residence (Maryhill) for their care and support. A private family interment at Memory Gardens has been held. A celebration of life will be held at Saint Luke's Anglican Church in Cambridge (1485 Mary Ave) on September 29th from noon till 2 p.m. Donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada, Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation or a charity of your choice in Connie's memory would be appreciated.
