Adam Aron Richards

1980 - 2015

It is with profound sadness that our family announces the passing of our beloved son and brother Adam Aron on March 5, 2015. Adam was born on May 14, 1980 and attended St. Ann's and St. Patrick High School. In 2000, he joined the air force where he became a chef and served two tours, leaving in 2006. Adam had many interests but his first and greatest love was music. He loved to play the drums and also played guitar. He played and toured with local band Grind and also recorded a CD with them. Adam also loved animals, especially his two kitties, Lane and Staley. Adam was very caring and loving, and would do anything to help family or friends. He enjoyed a good party with his buds and had the gift of gab. He was loud and opinionated, lovingly referred to as “Foghorn Leghorn”. Left to mourn his passing are his parents Bob and Diane, brother Jordan (Joleen), sister Rylee, niece Jaydyn and nephew Odin. He also leaves behind his loyal and faithful partner in crime Amanda Mather, the love of his life. Numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins also feel his loss. Special thanks to aunts Michele (second mom) and Donna, and uncles Frank and Wayne for their visits and words of encouragement. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Mary and Norman Jacklin, and Terry and Nora Babin. Cremation has taken place and as per Adam's wishes, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Thunder Bay & District Humane Society or to a charity of their choosing.
