Mrs. Anne Pelletier, age 87 years, passed away with family at her side in the T.B.R.H.S.C. on Thursday, January 16, 2014. Anne was born in Port Arthur on September 29, 1926 to Fred and Sophia Kozak and was a lifetime resident. She enjoyed gardening and hunting and fishing with her husband Robert Pelletier. Anne worked for many years at Kresge's, where she enjoyed the daily interaction with patrons, retiring as Restaurant Manager in 1992. Her main focus was raising her family and it was during time spent with them that she was happiest. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Georgette (Dave) Thompson, grandchildren: Rob (Tara), Chris (Darcee) and Jodi Zobatar and Karin (Jay) Gullion; 3 great grandchildren, sister Gladys Kozak, brother-in-law Hank Ranta, sisters-in-law Mary Kozak and Charlene Kozak as well as by many nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was predeceased by her husband Robert, daughter Dianne Norton, brothers Paul and Sam Kozak, her sisters Mary Hendricks, Katherine Cerven and Rose Ranta and her parents Fred and Sophia Kozak. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Sargent & Son Funeral Chapel, 21 N. Court Street, with Rev. Lloyd Ivany presiding.
