Barbara Allaire Obituary

In loving memory of a beautiful wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Barbara Anita Allaire was born on November 9, 1955 in Timmins, Ontario and received her education there. While in Timmins she met and married Raymond Allaire on January 27, 1973. Barbara and Ray moved to Thunder Bay for 15 years. Barbara worked as a Home Care attendant and because of her personality and good sense of humour she was able to relate and socialize with people from all backgrounds. She passionately serviced all her clients with high quality care and compassion, even those clients where others dare not to go. When Raymond got a job at Lakeside Packers in Brooks, Alberta, Barbara followed her lifetime soul mate and continued to reside there until Barbara's passing on August 15, 2009. Barbara is survived by husband Raymond Allaire. Barb was very proud of her two children, daughter Barbara-Ann (Robert) Sedore and four grandchildren of Oshawa, Ontario, son Vincent Allaire of Thunder Bay, Ontario. Also survived by five siblings Patricia (Ernie) Blakemore, Bernadette (Garry) Krawchuk, June Rochon, Claire Rochon, George (Beverly) Rochon. Barbara was predeceased by mother Marie Rochon, September 18, 2005; father Ralph Rochon, Dec. 25, 1968. It was Barbara's wish that she have no funeral and wanted to thank all those who continued to support her and her family."
