Bertha Onabigon Obituary

In sorrow, the children of Bertha Onabigon announce her sudden passing on October 1, 2004 at the Geraldton District Hospital.Bertha leaves behind her three sisters, Rachel, Genevieve (husband Roy) and Sheila (husband Frank), her children Lena, Frank (Shirley), Clair (Wilfred), Teri (Glen) and June (Iain), 14 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.Gratitude and sincere appreciation is extended to immediate family and friends for their support, condolences, food, flowers, and cards.A special thank you to Mr. Gelineau of Fawcett Funeral Home and Father Roger Provonost for their sincere understanding and grace.Finally to these organizations, a tremendous thank you for their generosity and services, Long Lake 58 First Nation, Longlac Dilico, Ladies Auxillary, and the OPP.Funeral services were held on October 5, 2004 at St. John the Baptist Church in Longlac."
