BEVERLEY STUBBINGS

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Beverley Jane Stubbings, age 77 years, on June 15, 2025.

Beverley was born and raised in Port Arthur, Ontario and attended Lakeview High School. After high school, Beverley worked as a bank teller before she moved to the finance department as a payroll supervisor at the Lakehead Psychiatric Hospital for the majority of her career.

Beverley enjoyed spending her time creating beautiful cross stitch artwork, reading, working on puzzles, keeping a beautiful and tidy home, shopping and caring for her flowers in the summertime. Beverley's greatest joy was her family. She loved her children and grandchildren beyond measure and with her whole heart. Sadly, she lost a large piece of her heart that never mended when she lost her adored youngest son, Darryl. We hope that Beverley has now been able to find some peace and been reunited with him.

Beverley will be deeply missed and forever loved by her husband of 55 years Tommy; children Jeff (Shelly) and Tiffany; grandchildren Abby and Daniel and sisters Margaret Martin (Rod) and Sharon Siuksteris, in addition to many other extended family members.

She was predeceased by her parents Raymond and Pauline Jarraway; mother and father-in-law George and Marion Stubbings; son Darryl and brother David Jarraway.

The family would like to thank the paramedics and emergency services who attended their home. The care and compassion they showed our family was greatly appreciated.

A private service for the family will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Beverley's memory to the Canadian Mental Health Association Thunder Bay or the Thunder Bay and District Humane Society.
