It is with great sorrow to announce the loss of Brent Leigh Morrill, better know as "Ollie" on April 2nd, 2017. Ollie was born May 13th, 1958 to Ralph and Margery Morrill in Toronto. He will be forever missed by the love of his life Tina, son Chris, daughter Emiley, son in-law James, grandchildren Scarlett and Ryker, brothers Greg and Steve (predeceased Warren). Ollie was retired from a long career with C.P. Rail, a job he loved but coworkers he loved more. The most important things in his life were his family and friends, his hometown of Schreiber, and his love of traveling. His strong sense of community drove him to be an active participant in the Adult Learning centre, Church and Credit Union. Ollie was a friend to anyone who showed up to his door in need of help. There will be a celebration of life wake held at 206 park st. Saturday, April 8th. Everyone that knew Ollie is invited to join in telling stories and remembering an amazing man. Memorial services will be held Sunday, April 9th, starting at 3pm at Schreiber recreational centre. Reverend Diane Hilpert-Mallroy officiating. Ollie's wishes in lieu of donations to Schreiber/Terrace Bay food bank, St. John's Anglican Church, or any charity of choice.

Tina, to you, your family & Brent's, my most sincere condolences. I just found out and was shocked & saddened. I knew him when he was a kid because I went to school with Greg. Brent was always such a character, kind & generous with a great sense of humour. He was one of the good ones and will be dearly missed...my thoughts & prayers are with you..Sandi Ross

Hi Tina.
Hollie and I will miss Ollie next winter in Sun Valley Village, where we all met this past winter. We immediately hit it off with you two, Ollie because of his infectious 'quick' sarcastic humour and you for your caring, easy going attitude (& key lime pie). We will miss seeing his fedora heading our way from over the fence of the pool for Texas afternoon happy hour, even though he didn't drink, he loved to socialize and joke around. Take care Tina and try to keep in touch.
Sincerely, your buds, Hollie & Dano

So sad to hear of Brents sudden passing. My deepest sympathies to you Tina, your family and all of his friends. Though I hadn't seen Brent for years, I remember him as a funny and kind cousin, great memories of childhood and as a teenager visiting Schreiber. His loss is felt by my siblings in Nanaimo, Washington state, and Athens, as well as by me. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your loved ones.

We are so very sorry to hear that your family has lost a great man! Brent was one of a kind and will be remembered by so many for his love of family, life and all things good. We knew him as a small boy and saw the wonderful man he became. Time will soften your loss but he will always live on in your hearts. Sorry we cannot be there for the service but will see you when we get back from Australia and will toast his memory then with you Tina. Our love, prayers and sympathy go out to the family at this time. xxxxx
