BRUCE LARSON JR. Feb 12, 1964 ~ Feb 15, 2026
The family of Bruce Larson Jr, are saddened to announce his passing on Sunday, February 15, 2026. He passed away due to complications from liver disease.
Bruce is survived by his father, Bruce Larson Sr. His sisters Tricia (Lonnie), and Tammy (Rene), as well as nephews, nieces, and cousins. Also left to mourn his loss is best friend since kindergarten, Stephen Harris (Shelly).
In his younger years, Bruce enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and camping. Later he would enjoy going to Stephen's camp at Stewart Lake. Racing was something Bruce enjoyed watching, occasionally going on road trips to the States, with Dad. Bruce could also be found regularly at the casinos in Thunder Bay, Grand Portage, and Hinckley.
Bruce worked at several jobs, until he joined Vector Construction. He was a hard worker, which allowed him to retire early, at the age of forty seven.
As per Bruce's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
The family would like to thank Stephen and Shelly for their years of support, especially at the end.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 575 Central Avenue, Thunder Bay.
