The family of Cameron K. Rosa sadly announce his passing on March 8, 2021, at the age of 66 after a hard-fought battle with cancer. Cam was born in Outlook, Saskatchewan and received his schooling in Glenside and Outlook. Anyone who knew Cam, knew of his love of all living things with great concern for the environment. Cam had two career paths during his life. He started out as a K-Mart store manager for approximately 25 years until the closing of all K-Mart stores in Canada. At this time, Cam chose a career in insurance, covering many areas such as forestry, mining, resorts, etc. Cam retired in 2017 and at this time moved with his wife Adelaide to West Kelowna, BC. Cam's hobbies were many. He greatly enjoyed music and played the guitar, piano and even tried the clarinet. Cam also dabbled in painting and tile art. Family and friends received some lovely gifts as a result of his talent. Cam also enjoyed fishing, hiking, and reading scientific books. Left to mourn his passing and cherish his memory are his loving wife Adelaide, son Bruce (Paula) Rosa, mother Donna Rosa, stepson Craig (Kim) Pelletier, stepdaughter Michelle (Bradley) McCallum, brothers Mark (Kathy) Rosa, Stephen (Lorelei) Rosa, sister Sandra Matiuk, step-grandchildren Evan and Jenna Pelletier, Jordan, Emily and Ethan McCallum and many nieces and nephews. Cam was predeceased by his father, Ernest Rosa. Cam will remain in our hearts forever! A private celebration of life will take place post-Covid. For those wishing to make a memorial donation in memory of Cam, the family would appreciate a contribution to the Cancer Society.
