Carol Drebit Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Carol Diane Drebit (nee Insley), announce her passing on Mar 16, 2022 at her home. She was 71, nine days short of her 72nd birthday. Carol worked at Lakehead University for numerous years in the Financial Dept. She retired 6 years ago. Her family and home were her main interests. A good book was also appreciated. Carol was predeceased by her parents Earl and Lillian Insley. She is survived by sons Peter Drebit, James Drebit (Denise), grandson Aaron Drebit. Also survived by her brother Brian Insley (Donna) and numerous cousins. The family would like to thank Dr. Jane Slivchak for the care she gave Carol. At Carol's request there will be no formal funeral service. A graveside service will be held at Riverside Cemetery on March 23, 2022 at 1:00 pm.

Please accept my deepest condolences for your family´s Loss. Carol was a great co-worker at Lakehead University´s Finance Office. She had a great sense of humor and wit that always lighted up the day.
