To all of the Smith Family,
So very sorry to hear this sad news about Chuck. It's always hard to lose a family member but especially when they are still young. I hadn't seen him for a long time, it sure sounds like he had a great life. My condolences go out to you all.

Hey Kerry, thanks for tracking me down. Sad, devastating really to hear of Chuck's passing. Best wishes to you, Gail, John, Deb, Cathy and their girls, and Kathy and Terry. As folks commented, high school was quite the time. It was the seventies, won't be another era like that. Had to laugh at Bogie's pic. Good thing no cameras were around back then, we'd all be getting blackmailed. And, as Dave Morgan said, Steve went too early. Chuck too, now. Cheers also to all of the other folks here, and Jay and others who I understand got together for a memorial. Sorry I couldn't be around. Anyway, commiserations again. And good to know that Chuck's laid to rest where he'd most want to be, out at your folk's camp. Near the sauna and a beer, I hope. See you all on the other side.

Tonight I just heard from one of my high school friends, Jay A. aka Bird, of the passing of Chuck. Always a stand up guy, loved his stand up to rock and roll, DISCO SUCKS T-shirt. Sincere Condolences to the family.

So sorry to hear of Charles passing. I remember meeting him at your home in the 80´s. So sorry I did not know his career had brought him to Sudbury. It would have been nice for cousins to re-connect

He was one of my late brother, Steven, best friends. We knew him from almost day one in the neighbourhood. He was funny, crazy and the glue that kept the neighborhood together. I thought of him a lot over the years and will raise a beer in toast of his memory. Here´s to you Chuck!!

I kept in touch with Chuck over the years. I actually had spoken with him only a month prior to his passing. We talked about the old days of which we both had many fond memories. I will truly miss my cousin Chuck. We were much like brothers growing up and it greatly saddens me to have him gone from my life
Condolences to Chuck´s family at this very sad time

I remember Chuck well from our high school days at Hammarskjold. We were in many of the same classes through those years and I was always happy to see Chuck in yet another class each term and new year. He was smart, thoughtful and funny. I am so sorry to learn of his untimely passing.
My sincere condolences to his family and many friends.
