Connor Johnston Obituary

It is with a heavy heart that we announce both the birth, and passing of our beloved son, grandson, brother, nephew and cousin, Connor Michael Johnston.Connor was born on Friday, May 16th at 4pm in Victoria Hospital in London, Ontario to the delight of his parents Erin & Bryan Johnston. After blessing us with his beautiful presence and filling our hearts with his warmth and strength, it was time for him to leave us. His peaceful rest is our lifetime of dedication to his memory. Connor passed away in his parent's arms on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 21st peacefully.Bryan and Erin would like to extend thanks and whole-hearted appreciation to the love, support and strength of their close family, friends, and co-workers during this difficult time.Connor is also survived by his grandparents, Michael Unick & Kristine, Judy Unick, William & Janet Johnston; his uncles and aunts, Christopher Unick & Kim, Stephen & Kim Johnston, Craig & Cassie Johnston; his great-grandparents, Dorothy Wilen, Audrey Johnston and Palmira (Annie) Unick, and his loving brother, Kaleb Stimson.God saw you getting tired, when a cure was not to be.So he wrapped his arms around you, and whispered,"come to me".You didn't deserve what you went through, so he gave you rest.God's garden must be beautiful, he only takes the best. And when I saw you sleeping,so peaceful and free from painI could not wish you backto suffer that again. In lieu of flowers, donations in Connor's memory can be made to The Children's Health Foundation via their website: http://www.childhealth.ca or to the Ronald McDonald House of Southwestern Ontario through their website http://www.rmhsouthwesternontario.ca"
