DANNY "KEVIN" McCRADY September 28, 1975 - February 6, 2026
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Kevin McCrady at the Nipigon District Memorial Hospital on Friday, February 6, 2026 at the age of 50 years.
He was born on September 28, 1975 in Thunder Bay to Clara and the late David McCrady. Kevin is survived by his mother Clara; brother Keith; sister Linda; godchild Jacob; aunts Beverly, Stephanie and Theresa; uncle Joey; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews as well as many other beloved family members.
Kevin's family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of his care providers over the years at Dilico and Nipigon Hospital and many others.
A two-day wake service will take place at Clara's home at 406 Hillcrest Street in MacDiarmid starting with a private wake with family on Wednesday, February 11th beginning at 6:00 p.m. followed by an open wake service on Thursday.
Funeral Services will be held at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in MacDiarmid on Friday, February 13th beginning at 12:00 Noon with Mass celebrated by Rev. Cajetan Ukachi. A reception will follow at the Community Centre.
Cremation will follow the Mass.
